We do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or a card that does not match the listing — please contact us at info@arisej.com and we will arrange a resolution.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Estimated delivery: Australia 1-2 weeks, US 1-3 weeks, other regions 1-4 weeks.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery. You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If your order hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us with your order number.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's customs regulations. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

We grade cards on a scale from NM (Near Mint) to HP (Heavily Played). Every flaw — whitening, scratches, print lines — is documented in the listing photos. The card you see is the exact card you receive.

All single cards are individually sourced and inspected one by one before listing. Boxes and packs are purchased directly from authorized retailers in Japan.
