1. About Shipping

・We ship packages via Japan Post with tracking number.
・All orders are shipped from Japan with a tracking number.

・U.S. Customers: Please read Section 2 (U.S. Customs Fees) before placing your order.

About 1～2weeks +Handling Time(2 business days).
We set the handling time to 2 business days. 
We will ship within a few days of ordering at the earliest, but if there are a lot of orders, it may take a little longer to ship, so we hope you understand that.
We will try our best to ship it as soon as possible.

2. U.S. Customs & Import Duties — Already Included

All applicable U.S. customs duties and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no additional charges upon delivery.

  • Duties are automatically calculated at 10% of your order value at the time of purchase.
  • Your order ships on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all customs costs are settled before your package leaves our warehouse.
  • You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
  • At checkout, simply enter your delivery address to see a full breakdown of duties, shipping costs, and your total before completing your purchase.

For example, on a $100 USD order, a $10 duty is calculated and added to your total at checkout — what you pay is what you pay, with no surprises at the door.
