Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Estimated delivery: Australia 1-2 weeks, US 1-3 weeks, other regions 1-4 weeks.

We assess ungraded single cards using our condition scale, from NM (Near Mint) to HP (Heavily Played). Any noticeable flaws, such as whitening, scratches, dents, or print lines, are documented in the listing photos or description.

PSA-graded cards are sold according to the grade assigned by PSA. Official sealed products and JariseStore Original Packs are not evaluated using our NM-to-HP condition scale.

Official Pokémon boxes and booster packs are sourced from authorized retailers in Japan.
JariseStore Original Packs are independently assembled using authentic cards or products sourced and inspected by JariseStore.
